This means that your head and neck will be in a natural, relaxed position all day long – which will make your work much easier.

BOOK option
Lenses for reading work
Intended for people who spend a large portion of their day reading documents. They focus more on the reading area at a maximum distance of one meter. Unlike conventional reading glasses, these lenses provide significantly more comfort when reading at a greater distance, thus allowing your eyes to relax.
NEAR option
Lenses for computer work
Intended for people who primarily work at a computer or spend a lot of time reading - ideal for programmers, journalists and, for example, call centre employees. The focus is on clear, natural vision, from the reading distance to the intermediate range of two meters.
ROOM option
Office lenses for indoor work with lots of customer contact
Intended for people who have a lot of contact with customers, but who also spend a lot of time working at a computer, for example in retail or production. With particularly large viewing zones from the reading distance to the intermediate range of four meters.

Equip Your Office Glasses with Blue Light Protection
Light sources such as a smartphone, TV, LED lamp or laptop emit much more blue light than ever before. Blue light can completely disrupt our internal clocks, cause insomnia and prevent us from getting a good night's sleep. Some people find this light unpleasant or tiring.
Greater visual comfort is achieved by using a special blue light filter ZEISS BlueGuard DuraVision Platinum UV. It works very well under artificial light and helps people looking for a way to protect their eyes against harmful blue light. In addition to the blue light filter, lenses with ZEISS BlueGuard DuraVision Platinum UV also have a hard coating that protects against scratches and glare, a CleanCoat finish for easy cleaning, and a ZEISS patented anti-static layer to prevent dust buildup on the lens surface.

Every 20 minutes, focus on an object 20 feet (or 6 meters) away for 20 seconds. A tree or lamp across the street would be perfect.
