Clear Vision and Gentle Care for Long-Lasting Lenses
Squeaky clean, crystal-clear lenses – who doesn’t love putting on a pair of freshly cleaned glasses? Suddenly, everything is clear and sharp again, free of dust, smudges, streaks or fingerprints. Proper care is essential: only a thorough but gentle cleaning will ensure flawless vision and longer life for your lenses. Improper cleaning can damage even the best lenses.
What do we suggest? ZEISS lens cleaning products. They work quickly and gently to ensure clear vision in seconds – whether you're at home or on the go!
What Lens Cleaners Does ZEISS Offer?
While modern lens coatings with an innovative hard coating such as DuraVision® Platinum protect against scratches and repel dirt, you still need to take care when cleaning your lenses to ensure you don’t damage them. For instance, avoid quickly cleaning the lenses with a tissue, tie, scarf, sweater, or sleeve. While this may seem practical, you'll transfer all the dirt onto the lenses, which can result in micro-scratches even if you have modern hard-coated plastic lenses. That's why ZEISS offers a range of efficient, gentle lens cleaning products that make cleaning your glasses a breeze!
ZEISS Cleaning Wipes are individually wrapped wet wipes for cleaning eyeglass lenses
Clear vision at all times, whether you're at home, on the go or at the office: ZEISS Lens Wipes offer gentle and thorough cleaning without the risk of scratching or damaging your lenses. Individually wrapped and with a quick drying effect, ZEISS eyeglass lens cleaning wipes are non-staining, practical and easy to carry - this means they are perfect for anyone with a busy lifestyle. Made of high-quality, micro-fine fibres and free from aggressive cleaning agents, ZEISS lens wipes are suitable for all glass and plastic eyeglass lenses.
You can, of course, use a microfiber cleaning cloth, but dry cloths are not very efficient, especially if you need to remove greasy marks. You will be able to clean the spectacle lenses much more effectively if you first wet the cloth with a cleaning spray.

01
ZEISS Lens Cleaning Spray
It's just as effective as giving your lens a good rinse – but much faster: in combination with a microfibre lens cleaning cloth, our ZEISS Lens Cleaning Spray is perfect for thorough cleaning. It is best to apply the spray to a cloth and not directly to the lenses.
Did you know that...
lenses in rimless frames have drill holes, while those in standard frames have screw holes? If liquid gets into these holes, it can damage your glasses in the long run. This is exactly why you should apply the spray to a microfiber cloth, not to the lenses themselves. This allows you to clean the lenses with just the right amount of moisture needed to effectively remove dirt, make-up and grease – without damaging the lenses.
02
ZEISS Microfiber Cloths
Use our ZEISS Microfiber Cloths for effective and gentle eyeglass care every day - with the quality you expect. This is a classic way to thoroughly clean your lenses, which ensures they last a long time - whether they are used dry, after rinsing the lenses with lukewarm water or in combination with the ZEISS lens cleaning spray.
Tip: for optimum cleaning results, microfiber cloths should be washed regularly - preferably at a maximum temperature of 40 degrees and without fabric softener. Otherwise, you’ll smear your lenses.
Our Tip for Crystal-Clear Vision
Why not clean your glasses thoroughly in an ultrasonic bath from time to time? This is the gentlest and most effective way to remove dirt. In just a few minutes, your frames will be restored to their former glory. Don’t have an ultrasonic bath for your lenses?
We'll be happy to clean them for you in an ultrasonic bath at ZEISS VISION CENTER Zagreb – of course – completely free of charge! We're also happy to repair your glasses if they no longer fit properly or if the hinges or screws have loosened.
