An extremely pleasant experience throughout the entire process of selecting eyeglass lenses and frames. The staff are friendly and provide helpful advice without being pushy. While choosing the frames, the salesperson considered all my criteria (one of which was price) and encouraged me to 'think outside the box' by trying on shapes I hadn\u2019t considered before. Their prices are comparable to other opticians where I\u2019ve previously purchased glasses.

Kudos to the entire ZEISS team, especially Tamara Hlava\u010dek, who is incredibly warm, attentive, and professional. She explains every step of the process, and the final result is outstanding.
